Paul Gaitan, M.D
Dr. Paul Gaitan, MD is an Anesthesiology Specialist in Phoenix, Arizona and has over 21 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from University of Rochester medical school in 2000. Before joining the medical team, he served in the United States Air Force and in health care facilities throughout the greater Phoenix area. Dr. Gaitan is proud to be a part of Premier Pain Management, supporting all patients with the proper surgical care they need.

Dr. Jesse Fox
Dr. Fox was the part owner of a family chiropractic clinic in Cardston, Alberta. He also is the part owner of a Personal Injury clinic in Tempe, and loves helping patients who have been involved in traumatic events, such as car accidents or workplace injuries. In 2018, he accepted a position as Clinic Director for Pain Stop in Maryvale, now Premier Pain Management, as he loved the philosophy of working in a medically-integrated practice. Outside of working in the clinic, Dr Fox loves hockey, football, weight-lifting, playing guitar, and spending time in the outdoors with his wife and 3 children.

Thomas Hulm, DC
Dr. Hulm was born and raised in Bismarck, ND. He received his Bachelor in Human Biology and completed his Doctorate in Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. He is excited to be a part of the Premier Pain Management team where he can practice in a fully medically-integrated clinic to help patients get back to enjoying life pain free.

Boris Boguslavskiy
Boris Boguslavskiy is a Doctor of Nursing Practice, Specializing in Pain Management and joint injections in Gilbert, Arizona. He graduated with honors from Quinnipiac University School of Medicine & Nursing in 2017. Boguslavskiy has more than five years of diverse medical experience as a DNP. He has been practicing as a nurse practitioner for over nine years as a Cardiovascular & Vein Specialist.

Shaun Hampton
Shaun Hampton received his MSN from the University Mary Hardin-Baylor and graduated with the highest honors. Having grown up in Texas, Shaun moved to Arizona over two years ago and is enjoying his time exploring the many outdoor activities Arizona has to offer.
With a background in emergency medicine, Shaun’s passion resides in teaching patients and educating them on the many options to prevent injury and pain. Moreover, Shaun feels exercise and staying active is a significant factor in overall health maintenance
When not working, Shaun loves to be outdoors, hiking mountains, and has a passion for fitness and training. He also volunteers at animal shelters in his free time.
