Thomas Hulm, DC

Dr. Hulm was born and raised in Bismarck, North Dakota, where his early interest in health and human movement laid the foundation for a career in patient care. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology before completing his Doctorate in Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota, a leading institution known for its evidence-informed approach to chiropractic education.

As a Chiropractic Physician, Dr. Hulm is dedicated to helping patients restore function, improve mobility, and achieve lasting pain relief through individualized, hands-on care. He values a comprehensive approach to treatment that addresses the root causes of discomfort rather than just the symptoms, allowing patients to return to their daily activities with greater confidence and comfort.

Dr. Hulm is excited to be part of the Premier Pain Management team, where he practices within a fully medically integrated clinic alongside physicians and specialists.
