Dr. Braun, MD is a board-certified physician who focuses on interventional pain management, a medical subspecialty dedicated to treating pain through minimally invasive procedures such as epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, and image-guided interventions. His clinical work centers on helping patients manage complex and chronic pain conditions while prioritizing safety, precision, and individualized treatment planning.
Dr. Braun currently works with Center for Pain and Supportive Care, where he treats patients experiencing multifaceted pain conditions that often require coordinated, multidisciplinary care. He collaborates closely with referring providers and care teams to develop comprehensive treatment strategies aimed at improving function, reducing pain, and enhancing quality of life.
Dr. Braun earned a double major undergraduate degree in Biology and Chemistry from Ashland University, followed by a Master’s degree in Biology from University of Akron. He received his medical degree from Ohio State University College of Medicine, graduating in 2003.
He completed his internship at Medical College of Virginia School of Medicine and went on to complete his residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University. This extensive academic and clinical training provided a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine and interventional pain care.
