Alina Wilaszek FNP-BC

Family Nurse Practitioner

Alina Wilaszek FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with focused experience in pain management and comprehensive chronic pain care. She brings a strong clinical foundation, advanced training, and a patient-centered philosophy dedicated to improving function and quality of life for individuals living with acute and chronic pain conditions.

With several years of dedicated experience in pain management, Alina provides thorough pain evaluations, develops multimodal treatment plans, manages complex medication regimens, and collaborates closely with interventional specialists to optimize patient outcomes. She has experience treating a wide range of pain conditions while emphasizing functional restoration, safety, and individualized care. Her approach prioritizes careful assessment, evidence-based therapies, and ongoing patient education to support long-term improvement.

Born and raised in Poland, Alina immigrated to the United States as a young adult and pursued nursing in honor of her grandmother’s legacy in healthcare. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Mesa Community College, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University. She then completed her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Grand Canyon University.

Alina is currently pursuing a second master’s degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with anticipated completion in August 2026. This additional training enhances her ability to recognize and address the psychological factors that frequently coexist with chronic pain. Rather than transitioning away from pain management, she remains committed to continuing her work in the field while integrating a deeper understanding of the connection between physical pain and mental well-being.

Alina is dedicated to culturally sensitive, evidence-based practice and strives to create a respectful and collaborative environment where patients feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their treatment plans. Fluent in both English and Polish, Alina is able to connect with a diverse patient population and provide culturally informed care that fosters trust, understanding, and clear communication.
